Furthermore, raising the assembled scaffolds to the upper floor is practical and easy using a table scaffolding lifting fork attached to the end of a tower crane.

Component Details

Table Scaffolding Frame

Table scaffolding is the main element of the formwork system. It is manufactured in sizes of 110, 120, 150, 180, 200, and 220 cm . You can obtain new and used table scaffolding frames from our company.

Crossbar (Tension Bar)

They are manufactured in custom sizes so that the frames can be opened to the desired dimensions. They connect the frames to each other, ensuring the system's stability and rigidity. You can obtain new or used cross braces (tension bars) in the size you require.

4-Way Head (Jack-operated 4-Way Head)

It is mounted on top of the frame. The header slots are 10 cm and 20 cm , allowing for single or double placement of the wooden beam. Precise height adjustment is made with the adjustment shaft nut on it; it offers the possibility of raising it between 40–100 cm if needed. It is produced in 60 cm and 120 cm sizes.

Lower Adjustment Shaft (Jack Foot)

It is mounted under the frame. It provides ground level adjustment and can be raised by 40–100 cm depending on the slab concrete height. It is produced in 60 cm and 120 cm sizes.

Intermediate Connector (Nipple / Port Coupling)

It is used to add another frame on top when the current frame height is insufficient. It enables quick frame assembly and secure load transfer. It is recommended to secure it with pins and cotter pins to prevent separation during transport.

Kiriko Tongs

The table is used to prevent the jack leg (lower adjustment shaft) from falling during the transportation of scaffolding towers. It increases safety by securing the jack leg to the frame.

H20 Hinge (Beam Connector)

It is used to fasten the main load-bearing element (H20 wooden beam) and the secondary load-bearing element (H20 or 10x10) in the flooring system. It is available in new and used options.
