Plastic Spacers
Plastic Spacers help keep reinforcement away from formwork so the specified concrete cover can be maintained in reinforced-concrete construction.
Selection should consider structural element, required spacer height, bar diameter, horizontal/vertical use, load, contact geometry, quantity and installation method.

ContinuePlastic Spacer Selection Guide
Spacer height should follow the structural/project detail rather than a universal value. Slabs, walls, columns, beams and foundations can require different solutions.
Horizontal and Vertical Applications
Slab-type spacers support horizontal reinforcement, while clip-on wheel/star-type geometries can be used around vertical reinforcement where compatible.
Bar Diameter and Load
Clip geometry must match the reinforcement diameter and the product must remain stable under placement and concrete-pouring conditions.
Quantity Planning
Required quantity depends on reinforcement layout, area, load and placement spacing. Do not assume one fixed pieces-per-square-metre value for every project.
