Fire-Resistant Document Safes
Fire-Resistant Document Safes are designed to protect paper records and archives not only from unauthorised access but also from fire exposure for a certified period. Fire performance is a separate test/certification area and should not be assumed for an ordinary steel safe.
Compare fire standard and duration, stored-media type, internal capacity, locking system, burglary-resistance requirements, construction, weight, delivery and installation.

First determine whether the contents are paper, digital media or another sensitive material because allowable temperature conditions differ.
LFS 30P and Certification
Classifications such as LFS 30P under TS EN 15659 relate to tested protection of paper documents under defined fire conditions. Verify the current certificate for the exact model and configuration.
Fire vs Burglary Resistance
Fire resistance and burglary resistance are separate performance areas. If both are required, verify both certification scopes independently.
Capacity and Installation
Check usable internal dimensions, shelf spacing, weight and placement. Do not position the safe solely for convenience without considering the building's fire-safety plan.
