Table Scaffolding | Formwork Shoring Systems

Table scaffolding (also known as formwork shoring) systems are professional support-tower systems designed for rapid installation, safe working conditions and high load-bearing capacity in slab concrete applications.

Table scaffolding systems can be adapted to different heights. They are designed for heavy loads and can also be used for lighter-load applications. The system consists of a limited number of standard components and can be assembled and dismantled quickly by hand. When required, assembled towers can be moved without dismantling by using a table-scaffold transport trolley. A table-scaffold lifting fork attached to a tower crane can also be used to transfer assembled towers to upper floors.

Systems may be supplied in painted and galvanized versions. Table-scaffolding components and accessories may be available in both new and used condition according to project requirements.

Component Details

Table Scaffolding Frame

The frame is one of the main elements of the table-scaffolding system. It is manufactured in 110, 120, 150, 180, 200 and 220 cm sizes. New and used table-scaffolding frames may be available.

Cross Brace (Tension Bar)

Cross braces can be produced in different dimensions so that frames can be opened to the required spacing. They connect the frames and help provide system stability and rigidity. New or used cross braces may be supplied according to the required size.

4-Way Head (Jack-Operated 4-Way Head)

The 4-way head is mounted on top of the frame. Its slots are 10 cm and 20 cm, allowing single or double placement of wooden beams. The adjustment-spindle nut provides precise height adjustment and allows an approximate adjustment range of 40–100 cm. It is produced in 60 cm and 120 cm sizes.

Lower Adjustment Spindle (Jack Foot)

The lower adjustment spindle is mounted beneath the frame. It provides ground-level adjustment and can be adjusted approximately 40–100 cm depending on slab height. It is produced in 60 cm and 120 cm sizes.

Intermediate Connector (Scaffold Coupling)

The intermediate connector is used to add another frame when additional height is required. It allows frames to be connected quickly and supports load transfer. Pin and cotter-pin retention is recommended to prevent separation during transport.

Jack Retaining Clamp

The jack retaining clamp is used to prevent the jack foot (lower adjustment spindle) from falling during the movement of table-scaffolding towers. It secures the jack foot to the frame and improves safety during transport.

H20 Beam Connector

The H20 beam connector is used to fasten the main load-bearing H20 wooden beam to the secondary support member, which may be H20 or 10x10, in slab-formwork applications. New and used options may be available.
