Used Culvert Formwork
Used culvert formwork is a multipurpose formwork system that can be adapted to different culvert configurations in railway and road projects. The system is approximately 12.5 metres long and can be used for culvert and wall-formwork applications in different sections.
Culvert Formwork Applications
For railway applications, it can be used as 12.5-metre-long 2.5 x 2.5 metre and 2 x 2 metre gusseted culvert formwork. For road applications, the same system can be used as 12.5-metre-long 2.5 x 2.5 metre and 2 x 2 metre standard culvert formwork.
Wheeled Inner Formwork
The inner formwork is mounted on wheels. After a concrete pour is completed, the inner formwork can be shifted and prepared more quickly for the next pour.
Wall Formwork Applications
The system can also be used as approximately 12.5-metre-long wall formwork at heights of 1.5 metres, 2 metres, 2.5 metres and 3 metres. With an additional 50 cm steel panel, it can be adapted for wall-formwork applications up to approximately 4 metres high.
