Shipping Fees

A fixed shipping fee applies to standard products throughout Turkey. For heavy and bulky products (such as loading platforms, scaffolding and formwork systems, etc.), the shipping cost may vary depending on the product volume and delivery address.

For these types of products, the exact shipping cost is determined by the seller and communicated to the customer during the payment step of the order.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped the same day or the next business day , depending on stock availability.

For items that are out of stock or have a specified delivery time, shipping may take between 3 and 7 business days .

Customers are informed of any potential delays.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday due to the shipping companies' operational schedules.

To ensure smooth product delivery, the delivery address must be available between 09:00 and 17:00 .
