The Vario formwork system, consisting of H20 timber beams, steel shear wall bracing, and plywood cladding elements, has a wide range of applications, from industrial buildings to villas, viaduct piers to retaining walls.

Vario Mold Double-Sided Curtain System

The Vario formwork system, thanks to its double-sided panel structure, allows both sides of the concrete walls to be formed simultaneously. It is a modular formwork solution resistant to high concrete pressure.

Standard H20 Beam Dimensions

The H20 timber beam lengths used in the system are: 245 cm, 290 cm, 330 cm, 360 cm, 390 cm, 450 cm, and 490 cm. Desired curtain wall panel dimensions can be created using these beams.

The desired formwork height for the shear wall can be achieved by finishing the plywood cladding at a different level than the top of the beam.

Curtain Rod Panel Dimensions

Standard curtain panel widths start from 50 cm and can be produced in 25 cm increments up to 600 cm. Custom panel sizes are also available for specific projects.
