Facade Stay Selection Guide

Facade stays both support sash weight and control opening geometry. Select the mechanism from the real sash dimensions and complete weight.

Heavy-Duty and Parallel Stays

Large or heavy facade sashes can require higher-capacity stays. Parallel-opening applications may use a different geometry from conventional projected opening systems.

Sash Weight and Opening Angle

Include profile, glass, gaskets, handles and hardware in the total sash weight. Stay length and opening angle should follow the technical limits of the selected system.
