Plastic Plywood is a plastic-based plywood product manufactured for reinforced-concrete formwork applications. Its water- and moisture-resistant structure and smooth surface help provide a consistent concrete finish.
The standard size is 1250 x 2500 mm, with 15 mm, 18 mm and 21 mm thickness options. Custom lengths can be produced with a fixed width of 1250 mm.

Plastic Plywood Applications
Plastic plywood can be used in wall, column, slab, table-form and other reinforced-concrete formwork applications. Its smooth plywood surface is also suitable where the appearance of exposed concrete is important.
Advantages of Plastic Plywood
Because plastic plywood does not absorb water, it is not affected in the same way by moisture-related swelling and surface deterioration associated with wood-based plywood products.
Plastic plywood can be cut, drilled, nailed and screwed with suitable equipment. Its reusable structure also makes cost per use an important factor in repetitive concrete-formwork applications.
