Construction loading platform (material handling platform) is a jobsite platform used with a tower crane to receive or remove bricks, sand, cement and other heavy construction materials required during structural and finishing works at floor level.
It can also be used after dismantling table-shoring systems. Dismantled table-shoring components can be arranged in suitable stacked bundles or on pallets, moved onto the platform and then lifted by tower crane to another floor or down to ground level.
The platform is not a hydraulic freight lift or scissor lift. It does not move vertically on its own; it provides a floor-level loading and unloading area while vertical transport is performed by a tower crane or another project-defined lifting system.
What Is a Construction Loading Platform Used For?
The platform provides a transfer point at floor level for heavy construction materials handled by a tower crane, including bricks, sand, cement and similar materials used in structural and finishing works.
Transfer of Dismantled Table-Shoring Components
After a table-shoring system is dismantled, its components can be grouped into suitable stacked bundles or palletized loads. These loads can be moved onto the loading platform and lifted by tower crane to the next floor, another work level or ground level.

Material Handling Platform Applications
The platform can be used for heavy building materials and for properly bundled or palletized dismantled table-shoring components handled by a tower crane. The actual operating arrangement depends on project connection details, floor geometry and the site lifting plan.
Loading Platform vs Freight Lift
A construction loading platform does not provide its own vertical lifting motion. It creates a floor-level loading and unloading area, while vertical movement is carried out by a tower crane or another project-defined lifting system.
