Ø70, Ø90 and Ø100 are catalog designations for different formwork tie-rod nuts. They help distinguish product sizes, but the outside dimension must not be treated as a direct load-capacity rating.

What should be matched?
Check the tie-rod thread and diameter, the nut's technical specification, the bearing plate, the formwork system and the manufacturer's allowable working data.
22-size version
The catalog also lists an Ø100 nut specifically described as compatible with a 22-size tie rod. This is a good example of why thread/rod compatibility must be checked separately from the outside nut dimension.
Capacity
A larger outside diameter does not automatically mean a higher allowable load. Material, thread design, body geometry and the complete formwork assembly all matter.
